How did you show your Compassionate Heart today?

Last Thursday, I was at work. I work part time lunches at a restaurant. My first table was 3 ladies. One was the mom, one was the Aunt, and the other was the daughter. I came to the table upbeat, but I could soon tell that it wasn't a good day for these ladies. The daughter, a 23 year old girl, had no hair and looked grey. I knew it was cancer. The aunt was distraught. After they ordered, the aunt asked where the restroom was, and I told her.

I immediately felt the urge to follow her. I pulled her into the lounge & gave her some paper napkins, I knew she was going to cry. I threw my arms around her & told her 'I know you don't know me but I think you need a hug' She hugged me back. She told me the story & told me how she was trying to hold it together, I told her not to to just let herself cry & go thru the emotions. 

 

 

I told her about a cancer program at Beyond Wellness in Tinley Park, IL that uses Cranial Sacral and other Therapies to assist people with cancer.  She never heard of Cranial Sacral, so I told her it was a form of Energy Healing, then asked if she ever heard of Reiki.  Guess what?  She not only heard of Reiki but had a session on herself some month ago, and she had a healing from it.  How amazing is it that this girl's aunt, who lives in another state, is at my table, has had Reiki and believes in the healing power of energy, I'd say very amazing and synchronistic.    

I believe that this Aunt, Mother and daughter were all wondering what could they do, they probably had been praying or asking the Universe for help for the daughter.  I am honored that spirit and the Universe puts me in positions to be of service.  I did my part by providing compassion and even a way the daughter might heal her cancer. 

 

When your compassionate heart is open, and you follow its lead, beautiful things happen.

Do your beliefs help you, or do they hinder you?

Many times during a lifetime, you may experience coming to a crossroads.  Which way do you take?  Which way is the 'best' way?  How will you know if you made the right choice?  There are always decisions to be made and choices to make, the world is energy and energy is always in flux or movement.  So with that information at hand, there is no right or wrong choice there is just movement.

The choices you make or the movement you create is always right in that moment.  Now, you can also make the choice to not choose, and remain where you are.  However, know this, even when you do not make a choice movement still happens.  There is a period of time where everything adjusts to your choice or lack of.  Everything in your energy field adjusts to the vibration of the choices and decisions you make.  Ultimately, these choices and decisions make up your belief system.

There are so many beliefs that are held by the people of this world.  There are beliefs about money, relationships, sex, religion, self image and so on.  Your beliefs make up the world in which you live in and see day after day.  Your beliefs become a part of your energy field and a part of your vibration and send out to the Universe what experiences you'd like to have in your life, and of course the Universe delivers.  Now, what happens when you are working though your beliefs and what happens when you are working towards moving past those beliefs?  Are you easily able to move forward, on with your life and journey or do you feel stuck?

During your life you will experience new things and hear new information, many times over.  When this happens, your mind expands to allow for the new way of being to enter into your beliefs and into your energy field or vibration.  This also creates new experiences for you.  Now you've expanded and grown.  Enjoy your journey, allow growth and expansion to cultivate the life you live, and remember if you don't like it, Change It!

Is it a Waste of Time and Energy?

I read so many quotes about not wasting my time or energy on this person or that person, and I'm not so sure I agree that its a waste.  So, I've been thinking about this for quite some time, and today I finally received the answer from my guides about why the quotes that state its a waste of my time and energy bother me.  Here is what they say:

"As human beings you consider yourselves as individuals separate from one another.  And as humans that is true, however you are spirit first and you are experiencing a human life second.  Spirit is always connected as consciousness, and as consciousness you are all one. 

To say that it is a waste of your time and energy to be with negative people is to say its a waste of time and energy for others to be with you as well, as we said at a spirit level we are all one and all connected.  When you say it is only okay to be with this person and not that person because of (fill in the blank) you are being conditional instead of unconditional.  This causes great angst within your being because when you want others to just accept and love you for who you are, they can not because you do not love the other person, which is you too, unconditionally.  We have much more to teach on this and will do so in the coming days.  Please consider what we say and find if it is true for you.

To Fear or Not To Fear

I became a Reiki Master in 2000 without even knowing what Reiki or Energy Healing was.  I just knew I wanted to learn this thing called Reiki.  I found it exciting that I could ease someones headache or relieve pain in someones body.  I've continued to practice Reiki throughout the years, and have studied with teachers and again, practiced my trade.  Last year I decided to expand my energy healing and began studying Cranial Sacral.

As of this writing I have completed six levels of Cranial Sacral (level 7 is in 3 weeks).  Each level is held over four days, and we work on each other all four days.  We learn new Cranial techniques then practice on each other, and end each day giving each other full 1 hour sessions.  I usually receive anywhere from 8-12 sessions per level, that's a lot of energy work in one weekend!  To say I've changed in the past year, since starting Cranial Sacral, is an understatement.  I've gone through so many ups and downs, I've cleared out old beliefs, had low vibrational energies removed, and rebuilt myself after each level.  WOW! What a ride!  During all this time I had the support of my friends, fellow classmates, and my teacher, and I am thankful for all of it.  Sometimes I had to shout my frustrations, or cry or just be quiet and everyone gave me the space to do just that.  They all knew I was clearing, and anything I said was not directed at them, I was just moving it out of my field.  Again,  thank you all for being there with me.

That all being said, you might be wondering about the low vibrational energies I've cleared.  Many people like to call this 'negative' energy, or blockages, maybe you use evil or demon to describe it.  I'd agree that it is all of that.  If its not uplifting, its negative.  If you aren't in the flow you have a blockage.  If it keeps you from doing what you want, its evil or a demon.  Its just a title to describe an unwanted energy.

When I explain a 'blockage' to you, I am not going to scare you about it because I do not come from a place of fear.  I come from a place of love, and I want you to open up to your true light being self, not because I scared you into it, but because you want to do it.  Everyone has a low vibrational energy or two to clear out, some people have more.  Its just the way that it is.

Fear comes into play when someone puts that fear in your mind and you believe it.  That fear belief than permeates all through your body, your cellular structure and becomes a part of who you are.  This fear get energized, it even has an intelligence or consciousness.  Its that voice you hear in your head that tells you "don't do it," "ooooh, we better be careful over there,"  or it stops us dead in our tracks and we completely shut down.  The question to have at this point would be "where did this fear come from."

I ask myself this question all the time.  "Where did this come from?"  "Is it mine?"  "Who gave me this information, and why did I take it in?"  These questions help you to begin the process of clearing.  Clearing out thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.

It could be you heard the information in a class or workshop, maybe a psychic told you to be fearful of it, maybe you read a channeled book or blog and it created fear in you.  So you took the information and created an energetic for it in your beliefs and you auric field.  What you heard was information from lower vibrational energies, perhaps the channeling was the person's fears coming out in the channeling.  You heard or received some kind of information, its up to you to be discerning of the information you bring into your beliefs and energy field.  Don't be fearful of having a reading or attending a channeling or reading a book, consider the information and how its presented.  Then decide what you'll do with it.

High vibrational energy feels good.  Information from a high vibrational channeling, or reading is always helpful with your best interest in mind.  You might receive a caution about something, but its not all spooky, and it does not create a fear within you.  High vibrational energies emit love, joy and forward movement.

I regularly have Cranial Sacral sessions done on me because I enjoy clearing out my stuff.  I turn my blockages, which we now know are fears or low vibrational energy (not scary), into flower pots.  Nothing spooky about a flower pot, right?  Since I've been clearing out my blockages, my intuitive gifts and healing style have opened up and gone through the roof.  I've removed the block of 'self-doubt' and the block of 'am I good enough' and its so wonderfully freeing I can't even explain it.  When anything comes up, that doesn't belong, I know it right away and I go have a session with my teacher or one of his healers.  I get it taken care of right away because I do not like how I feel with a block in my energy field.

Anyone in the healing field would benefit greatly from having regular sessions on themselves.  Trade with other practitioners, we need to be clear so we can fully assist others in being clear.  I trade with other Cranial Sacral practitioners, Reiki healers, and other healing modalities.  I like being clear and I like (well, Love) Energy Healing.  It is my passion and desire to help you, when you are ready, to move past your fears, break down your blockages and watch as you blossom into the being of light you are meant to be.  The transformation is pure beauty!

Summer Solstice 2013

Wow! What energies have been emerging this week.  Have you felt them?  I know we have.  Our crown chakras have been expanding and feeling very 'fluffy' this past week.  I feel like my connection to Source is 'on' all the time.  Now I know it is, but sometimes I am not focused on it.  It seems that all I have to do is have a thought or question in my mind and I can feel the information being downloaded through my crown chakra right away.  Its a very cool sensation.

During our Channeling Event on the Summer Solstice, the Divine Energy of the Gods & Goddesses gave everyone in attendance a boost to their crown chakras.  This boost actually changed the frequency of the vibration of the crown chakra to align it with Source, akashic records, guides, angels and the ascended masters.  It allows the information to flow more freely and easily.  It also comes with trust.  It was said that "you would make no mistake that you were receiving divine information/guidance."  As everyone has free will, this blessing was offered to those who wanted it, and anyone who didn't want it wouldn't receive it and it would be ok.  Of course everyone said 'yes'.   The Divine Energy would like to make this energy available to you as well, if you would like it.  Please read the words below and then sit quietly for as long as you like and feel the energy as it enters your crown chakra and permeates all throughout your being.

Take a few deep relaxing deep breaths, feel yourself getting centered, allow your mind to quiet, continue breathing...Feel our presence as we open and expand your crown chakra...now we clear your chakra and change the frequency of your connection and raise the vibration of your crown chakra...continue taking nice deep breaths....sit as long as you like feeling your crown chakra change in vibration...when you are ready come back into your body and write about your experience, you might want to remember it...

The Importance of Support

It is important to be supported in whatever you do.  When you have the support of those around you, you are more likely to stay in that energy, or mindset.  Now the challenge comes when you are ready to step out of the old ways & become something new.  Perhaps you want to change a belief, or a way of doing things.  Once the change has happened, you need to be around 'like-minded' people.  They will support you in your new way of being because its where they are.  The old ways & the old friends or groups will only support you in how you used to be.  It doesn't mean you have to ditch all your friends & family, it means you need to find people that you can regularly meet with to keep you supported.    

Many time people do workshops, take classes, listen to lectures, even have energy sessions done, they feel great after its done & even several day later.  However, without the support, the old way you worked to change, will come back.  Even after the workshops, you have to continue the work.  You will want to find people/groups/classes etc that support you & how you want to be, not where you used to be.  When I work on myself, and make changes, I have to let my group know what I've done so they will support me.  I tell them to also let me know when I'm backtracking, so I don't undo what I've done.  I also make sure I have regular Cranial Sacral sessions, Intuitive Readings & Reiki (this is my preferred method) done for my personal growth & support.  It is important to take care of yourself, and to maintain the work you've done.  You may need a Reiki session one week, an Intuitive Reading another week and a Cranial Sacral session another time, or whatever you like. 

I know that the familiar is comfortable, and sometimes it seems easier to just fall back in with the same crowd and the same way of being.  Sometimes working on ourselves and making changes is hard work, sometimes its easy.  Regardless if it was hard or easy, you still need to be supported when you make changes. Support keeps you in that new space, in the new energy. Support keeps the old from creeping back in!
