Many times during a lifetime, you may experience coming to a crossroads. Which way do you take? Which way is the 'best' way? How will you know if you made the right choice? There are always decisions to be made and choices to make, the world is energy and energy is always in flux or movement. So with that information at hand, there is no right or wrong choice there is just movement.
The choices you make or the movement you create is always right in that moment. Now, you can also make the choice to not choose, and remain where you are. However, know this, even when you do not make a choice movement still happens. There is a period of time where everything adjusts to your choice or lack of. Everything in your energy field adjusts to the vibration of the choices and decisions you make. Ultimately, these choices and decisions make up your belief system.
There are so many beliefs that are held by the people of this world. There are beliefs about money, relationships, sex, religion, self image and so on. Your beliefs make up the world in which you live in and see day after day. Your beliefs become a part of your energy field and a part of your vibration and send out to the Universe what experiences you'd like to have in your life, and of course the Universe delivers. Now, what happens when you are working though your beliefs and what happens when you are working towards moving past those beliefs? Are you easily able to move forward, on with your life and journey or do you feel stuck?
During your life you will experience new things and hear new information, many times over. When this happens, your mind expands to allow for the new way of being to enter into your beliefs and into your energy field or vibration. This also creates new experiences for you. Now you've expanded and grown. Enjoy your journey, allow growth and expansion to cultivate the life you live, and remember if you don't like it, Change It!

To Fear or Not To Fear
I became a Reiki Master in 2000 without even knowing what Reiki or Energy Healing was. I just knew I wanted to learn this thing called Reiki. I found it exciting that I could ease someones headache or relieve pain in someones body. I've continued to practice Reiki throughout the years, and have studied with teachers and again, practiced my trade. Last year I decided to expand my energy healing and began studying Cranial Sacral.
As of this writing I have completed six levels of Cranial Sacral (level 7 is in 3 weeks). Each level is held over four days, and we work on each other all four days. We learn new Cranial techniques then practice on each other, and end each day giving each other full 1 hour sessions. I usually receive anywhere from 8-12 sessions per level, that's a lot of energy work in one weekend! To say I've changed in the past year, since starting Cranial Sacral, is an understatement. I've gone through so many ups and downs, I've cleared out old beliefs, had low vibrational energies removed, and rebuilt myself after each level. WOW! What a ride! During all this time I had the support of my friends, fellow classmates, and my teacher, and I am thankful for all of it. Sometimes I had to shout my frustrations, or cry or just be quiet and everyone gave me the space to do just that. They all knew I was clearing, and anything I said was not directed at them, I was just moving it out of my field. Again, thank you all for being there with me.
That all being said, you might be wondering about the low vibrational energies I've cleared. Many people like to call this 'negative' energy, or blockages, maybe you use evil or demon to describe it. I'd agree that it is all of that. If its not uplifting, its negative. If you aren't in the flow you have a blockage. If it keeps you from doing what you want, its evil or a demon. Its just a title to describe an unwanted energy.
When I explain a 'blockage' to you, I am not going to scare you about it because I do not come from a place of fear. I come from a place of love, and I want you to open up to your true light being self, not because I scared you into it, but because you want to do it. Everyone has a low vibrational energy or two to clear out, some people have more. Its just the way that it is.
Fear comes into play when someone puts that fear in your mind and you believe it. That fear belief than permeates all through your body, your cellular structure and becomes a part of who you are. This fear get energized, it even has an intelligence or consciousness. Its that voice you hear in your head that tells you "don't do it," "ooooh, we better be careful over there," or it stops us dead in our tracks and we completely shut down. The question to have at this point would be "where did this fear come from."
I ask myself this question all the time. "Where did this come from?" "Is it mine?" "Who gave me this information, and why did I take it in?" These questions help you to begin the process of clearing. Clearing out thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.
It could be you heard the information in a class or workshop, maybe a psychic told you to be fearful of it, maybe you read a channeled book or blog and it created fear in you. So you took the information and created an energetic for it in your beliefs and you auric field. What you heard was information from lower vibrational energies, perhaps the channeling was the person's fears coming out in the channeling. You heard or received some kind of information, its up to you to be discerning of the information you bring into your beliefs and energy field. Don't be fearful of having a reading or attending a channeling or reading a book, consider the information and how its presented. Then decide what you'll do with it.
High vibrational energy feels good. Information from a high vibrational channeling, or reading is always helpful with your best interest in mind. You might receive a caution about something, but its not all spooky, and it does not create a fear within you. High vibrational energies emit love, joy and forward movement.
I regularly have Cranial Sacral sessions done on me because I enjoy clearing out my stuff. I turn my blockages, which we now know are fears or low vibrational energy (not scary), into flower pots. Nothing spooky about a flower pot, right? Since I've been clearing out my blockages, my intuitive gifts and healing style have opened up and gone through the roof. I've removed the block of 'self-doubt' and the block of 'am I good enough' and its so wonderfully freeing I can't even explain it. When anything comes up, that doesn't belong, I know it right away and I go have a session with my teacher or one of his healers. I get it taken care of right away because I do not like how I feel with a block in my energy field.
Anyone in the healing field would benefit greatly from having regular sessions on themselves. Trade with other practitioners, we need to be clear so we can fully assist others in being clear. I trade with other Cranial Sacral practitioners, Reiki healers, and other healing modalities. I like being clear and I like (well, Love) Energy Healing. It is my passion and desire to help you, when you are ready, to move past your fears, break down your blockages and watch as you blossom into the being of light you are meant to be. The 'R' Word by Anubis

Today we come to speak to you about the 'R' word, and that word is Responsibility.Responsibility = NO MORE saying "but he/she/they did...."
When saying "but he/she/they did..." you are living in the past, and the past no longer exists in your time frame. What does exist is now/today, this moment. Past thinking does not assist you in moving forward as it keeps you in the past. It is not responsible of you, on your path of this ascension journey to continually keep the past alive. It is responsible for you to create your reality in the now, and for the future.
Now when future thinking, we must bring to light some of you who practice what we call "la-la land" thinking. This comes about when you are bringing past situations to the future, and changing a part of that past situation to create a different future. Thinking, "if only I'd chosen this instead of that, then my life would look like this...." here is where you spend time in 'la-la land.' Many of you spend much of your life doing this. Perhaps you might say you are reliving those times in your life that you now regret the decision(s) you made. And by changing one little aspect of that moment, you see how your life could have been. This is not creating your reality, this is not manifesting, nor is it the Law of Attraction. It is living in the past, spinning it over and over until you create a place you can escape to when you decide you don't want to live your current life. Now take a moment to really let that sink in. How often do you do this? And is it to avoid a current physical life situation?
How do you move into productive future thinking, you may wonder. Productive future thinking activates the manifesting or law of attraction process in your life. The first step is for you to recognize when your mind wanders into la-la land, what is happening? Is there something you are avoiding? What is it that creates your need to escape? Be honest with yourself, and write it down. Take notice every time this happens, and write down why you felt the need to escape.
Once you have a list, even if its only one item, its time to begin to change the thought. First, look at the other life you've created in your mind. Is it attainable in this life? Are there changes you can or need to make in your current life situation to bring about this life you escape to? Now ask yourself, do I really want my life to be that way? and am I willing to make those changes? Once you've answered these questions, you can start to call those things into your life, that you do want. Now you can begin manifesting/creating your world, your reality. This is productive forward thinking.
Do not get frustrated if this takes you some time to clear up. There is no quick fix, or pill you can take for an instant change. It takes time and practice. The reason this and many other spiritual endeavors take time and practice, is so you can be well versed in knowing when things go awry in your life & you are knowing how to correct the situation. Take the time to learn how your mind works, learn what you can do to assist yourself in creating your life, your world, your reality.
You are beholden only unto yourself. Do for you, and the Universe will follow your lead and bring to you that which is like your energy!
Remember you are not alone in your journey. There is plenty of assistance for you, both in the physical world and the Spirit world. Ask for help, and you will receive it. Call on your Spirit guides, Angels and Ascended Masters and remember to give them permission to assist you. We cannot interfere with your free will, but we can offer you other options to consider when making your life decisions.

Anubis
Before Osiris, I was Lord of the Underworld. This is NOT to be confused with Hell, as the underworld is NOT Hell. The underworld is where your spirit goes, and decisions are made as to your next life. When Osiris came to be Lord of the Underworld, I stepped aside and took on another role. I now oversee the funerary process, embalming and funeral rituals. I am also the protector of the dead.
In the Egyptian beliefs, it was thought that the body of the deceased needed to be protected so that when the spirit returned, it could go back to its body. The people believed that they would come back to the Earth plane and be able to have their treasures too. We all know how that's turned out. Now we move forward to today, and what my purpose is when I speak to you.
It is our purpose, at this time and through this channel Donna, that we speak to you about changing your thought patterns. We wish to assist you with this process. One of the ways we assist you is by reminding you to pay attention to your thoughts, and to challenge those you are ready to get rid of. When the self-defeating thoughts arises, tell it "NO! I AM DONE WITH THIS, I NO LONGER BELIEVE IT TO BE TRUE!" We assure you that this is an important first step, and when you begin this process you will see the changes in your daily life. Hello Dear Ones, it is I, Isis. I come to you today to speak about relationships. Not to long ago you had a celebration. You call it Mother's day, yet many of you are estranged from your Mother, or you "put your game face on" for the day and pretended to celebrate. I am going to ask you to do some work this week and in the weeks to come. It is our desire that you are living as your true self, your true nature and that is love. All things are possible and can change when love is involved.
The time has come to forgive or to ask forgiveness. Now, you may be saying "I will never forgive", or "not after what she/he did." I say this to you, to forgive, apologize or ask for forgiveness is Divine. When a relationship can mend, it truly is for the highest and greatest good. It is time for you to go forth, make amends with both your Mother's & Father's. In your world, time passes so quickly and before you know it, the person is gone. If you have not at least put forth an effort to repair the relationship, how will you feel when that person leaves his/her body? Will you have regret? Will you be angry at them or yourself? and how long will you allow yourself to be in regret/anger? days, weeks, years? How long do you wish to repeat this cycle? This is your work, to dig deep and get clear about those relationships that need to mend. Remember, always come from a place of love. Call on Isis for a heart attunement, I will come.
Suggestions to begin your healing journey
- remove yourself from the relationship and look at it with the eyes of an outsider; what do they see, hear, feel?
- open your heart chakra, open your higher heart, the attunement & your intention will do this for you
- consider your words & the conversation you will have; what will you say? what will they say?
- meditate and focus on the outcome you desire; create your relationship
On this day we wish to offer you a Universe Blessing & Heart Attunement together. Please hold your left palm towards the computer screen. Take several deep breaths. Tell yourself that you are allowing this new energy into your being & that its ok to release. Continue to breath, and when you are ready pull your hand away from the screen. Sit for a few minutes and feel the blessing fill your entire being, feel your connection to Source strengthen, feel your heart/higher heart pop open. This is love!

Hello, it is I Isis. I come today to share with you an opening of your heart. Not only does it open your heart up, it also pushes it outward. This causes a ripple in heart energy and it can be felt by those around you. It is important for you to now be in alignment with your heart, to make your decisions with your heart. Many of you associate the heart with love and we say yes, this is why you must come from your heart in making your life's decisions. When you make your decisions from your heart, you are acting from a place of love. When you come from a place of love, it frees you. Love can cause changes to occur, and be quite miraculous. When we come from our heart, from love, those around us feel our sincerity, our love and as we said love can change anything. The time is now to get in alignment with your heart. To be in alignment with your heart is to also be aligned with your true self, your true being, that is Source Energy.
We are offering you a Heart Attunement today. Take a deep breath, focus on receiving a heart attunement, take another deep breath. Now I ask you to hold your left hand up and face it toward the computer screen. The Attunement is just as powerful over the Internet as it is in person. Now, again take a deep breath, hold your left hand up and face it to your computer screen. Continue to breath as you begin to feel the energy in your hand, and feel your heart open up. Feel the energy of love flowing in to your heart, and flowing out. Breath some more as I bring you into the safety of my wings, continue to feel the heart opening and expanding. We are almost done now. I ask you to take one more breath and on the exhale allow yourself to release what no longer serves you. Very good. Now feel yourself in this new energy, and allow the energy to fill you. Of course you can pause at any point during the attunement and allow the energy to fill you, before moving on.
Heart Attunements are always available to you. All you need to do is hold your left hand, palm side up, and call on Isis "I call on Isis to come and give me a heart attunement." We will send the energy to you, always. Now enjoy this new energy. Be love & loving!

Hello & Good Day, We are Anubis. It is our desire to share with you today the idea of making changes in your thought patterns. This is a time when your seasons are changing; it is also a time for your thoughts to change. The energy that is now available on Earth is aligned to making these thought changes. We would ask that you take some time to consider your thoughts. Write them down as they arise. Now we don’t mean every thought you have, we mean those thoughts you have as you hear someone else’s opinion, those thoughts you have that keep repeating, and those thoughts that elicit an emotional (joy, sorrow, anger, etc) response. Take a good look at your thoughts. Do you recognize your life unfolding in alignment with your thought patterns? Do you recognize that the personality traits, in those around you, are in alignment with your thoughts about those? As you go about your day, having your thoughts (good/bad, positive/negative), do you recognize your role in the creation process that is your life? You should, or at least you are now aware of it. Remember this:
Your thoughts create & solidify you beliefs.
Now we do not come in judgment of your thoughts, it is not our purpose or role, and in actuality it truly serves no purpose but to keep you stuck. We come to assist you in the awakening of consciousness. Moving forward toward ascension. It is time to allow those thoughts to die. To tell them you are done thinking this way. You may even need to say “I am done with you, I no longer believe that, be gone.” Remind the thought that if it’s not for your highest & greatest good it must leave as it no longer serves a purpose. Be mindful when the thought tries to creep back in, be awake & present enough to recognize it & shoo it away. Be firm, be strong and soon you will be free of thoughts that keep you stuck, that keep you repeating, that keep you from being your true self; your true state of being which is:

Thoth on 2012
Right now Earth is preparing for the shift that will take place in 2012. The dictionary defines
preparations as "the action or process of
making something ready for use or service or
of getting ready for some occasion, test or
duty." The 5th Dimension is already opening
up; shifts are taking place, vibrations and
energy is increasing. Do you see it? Look at
current events, look with your physical eyes

Anytime there are big changes, or events,
preparations must be made. If the 5th
Dimension were to fully activate on just one
day the results would be disastrous. Instead
the energy and vibrations are raised slowly
and over a period of time. Those that are
grounded into the earths core and those that
are sensitive to energies feel these changes.
You may experience the shifts as dizziness,
blurred vision, joint pain and/or inability to
have clear thoughts or clear verbal
