To Fear or Not To Fear

I became a Reiki Master in 2000 without even knowing what Reiki or Energy Healing was.  I just knew I wanted to learn this thing called Reiki.  I found it exciting that I could ease someones headache or relieve pain in someones body.  I've continued to practice Reiki throughout the years, and have studied with teachers and again, practiced my trade.  Last year I decided to expand my energy healing and began studying Cranial Sacral.

As of this writing I have completed six levels of Cranial Sacral (level 7 is in 3 weeks).  Each level is held over four days, and we work on each other all four days.  We learn new Cranial techniques then practice on each other, and end each day giving each other full 1 hour sessions.  I usually receive anywhere from 8-12 sessions per level, that's a lot of energy work in one weekend!  To say I've changed in the past year, since starting Cranial Sacral, is an understatement.  I've gone through so many ups and downs, I've cleared out old beliefs, had low vibrational energies removed, and rebuilt myself after each level.  WOW! What a ride!  During all this time I had the support of my friends, fellow classmates, and my teacher, and I am thankful for all of it.  Sometimes I had to shout my frustrations, or cry or just be quiet and everyone gave me the space to do just that.  They all knew I was clearing, and anything I said was not directed at them, I was just moving it out of my field.  Again,  thank you all for being there with me.

That all being said, you might be wondering about the low vibrational energies I've cleared.  Many people like to call this 'negative' energy, or blockages, maybe you use evil or demon to describe it.  I'd agree that it is all of that.  If its not uplifting, its negative.  If you aren't in the flow you have a blockage.  If it keeps you from doing what you want, its evil or a demon.  Its just a title to describe an unwanted energy.

When I explain a 'blockage' to you, I am not going to scare you about it because I do not come from a place of fear.  I come from a place of love, and I want you to open up to your true light being self, not because I scared you into it, but because you want to do it.  Everyone has a low vibrational energy or two to clear out, some people have more.  Its just the way that it is.

Fear comes into play when someone puts that fear in your mind and you believe it.  That fear belief than permeates all through your body, your cellular structure and becomes a part of who you are.  This fear get energized, it even has an intelligence or consciousness.  Its that voice you hear in your head that tells you "don't do it," "ooooh, we better be careful over there,"  or it stops us dead in our tracks and we completely shut down.  The question to have at this point would be "where did this fear come from."

I ask myself this question all the time.  "Where did this come from?"  "Is it mine?"  "Who gave me this information, and why did I take it in?"  These questions help you to begin the process of clearing.  Clearing out thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you.

It could be you heard the information in a class or workshop, maybe a psychic told you to be fearful of it, maybe you read a channeled book or blog and it created fear in you.  So you took the information and created an energetic for it in your beliefs and you auric field.  What you heard was information from lower vibrational energies, perhaps the channeling was the person's fears coming out in the channeling.  You heard or received some kind of information, its up to you to be discerning of the information you bring into your beliefs and energy field.  Don't be fearful of having a reading or attending a channeling or reading a book, consider the information and how its presented.  Then decide what you'll do with it.

High vibrational energy feels good.  Information from a high vibrational channeling, or reading is always helpful with your best interest in mind.  You might receive a caution about something, but its not all spooky, and it does not create a fear within you.  High vibrational energies emit love, joy and forward movement.

I regularly have Cranial Sacral sessions done on me because I enjoy clearing out my stuff.  I turn my blockages, which we now know are fears or low vibrational energy (not scary), into flower pots.  Nothing spooky about a flower pot, right?  Since I've been clearing out my blockages, my intuitive gifts and healing style have opened up and gone through the roof.  I've removed the block of 'self-doubt' and the block of 'am I good enough' and its so wonderfully freeing I can't even explain it.  When anything comes up, that doesn't belong, I know it right away and I go have a session with my teacher or one of his healers.  I get it taken care of right away because I do not like how I feel with a block in my energy field.

Anyone in the healing field would benefit greatly from having regular sessions on themselves.  Trade with other practitioners, we need to be clear so we can fully assist others in being clear.  I trade with other Cranial Sacral practitioners, Reiki healers, and other healing modalities.  I like being clear and I like (well, Love) Energy Healing.  It is my passion and desire to help you, when you are ready, to move past your fears, break down your blockages and watch as you blossom into the being of light you are meant to be.  The transformation is pure beauty!

Distance or Remote Energy Healing

Distance Energy Healing, really?  I’ve had discussions with people before that just aren’t too sure they can receive energy work without coming in and lying on my massage table.  I tell them its true.  Energy is everywhere, so why can’t we harness that energy and send healing to the other side of the world from where we are now?  As I go further into my energy healing experience, I’ve decided that there are no limits, unless I choose to put one out there.  Now I am working on breaking down my limits and releasing them.  I do believe anything is possible in this world, so if it’s possible then I can bring it into being. 

I learned about remote or distance healing during my Reiki II class in 1990.  I found it fascinating that we could send healing to someone in China.  Since none of us knew anyone in China, we practiced distance Reiki on one of my classmate’s husband.  I could feel that he had pain in his leg and I sent it energy for pain relief.  We did some other Reiki hand placements and completed our session.  A week later I heard from the Reiki Teacher that the lady’s husband had less pain in his leg, and he felt so much lighter, he was very happy and so was I.  I decided to really work on how I wanted my remote sessions to go, and so I came up with a couple intentions that I state before my sessions.

Before I begin a distance healing session, I always state my intentions for the session.  I begin by taking a deep breath or two and getting myself centered, grounded, connected and focused.  I say “I call on the Healing Energies of the Universe to flow through me for whatever Betsy needs healing for, I ask for the most perfect energy for Betsy and for her highest and best good to flow through me and into Betsy.”  I say something like before I begin every Energy Healing Session.  When the session is remote, I add, “I intend that this doll or stuffed animal represent Betsy and that I am able to sense her energy, chakras and all areas that need special attention. Thank You” 

Once my intention is set, I then begin working on the doll or stuffed animal as if you were actually the one on the table.  I am able to feel blockages, the chakras, and any area that has pain or needs extra energy attention.  I go through my regular energy healing motions and clearings on the doll as if it was you.  I do this while you are lying down in your home, wherever that may be. 

I did several remote sessions on a lady in Pennsylvania, and her feedback was so interesting.  She said that at the beginning of the session she saw, in her minds eye, the Egyptian Gods and Goddesses coming in her room with her.  This took place while I was stating my intention and getting myself centered.  My ‘team’ went in before me it’s so awesome.  She said that she could see the Egyptians moving about and each of them working on her in different areas, sometimes even all at once.  She was amazed at her session, and I was too. 

I’ve done remote sessions for people in California, Arkansas, Michigan, Arizona, and Connecticut, even England.  They all reported the same or very similar experiences as the lady in Pennsylvania.  Some saw the Egyptians, while a few felt their presence as very strong and very loving.  One lady said she could feel hand pressure on the painful areas of her body, as if someone was right there with her.  Energy work is so much fun, I just love it!

Recently my friend, Jack, suffered a neck injury.  When I heard about it, I sat down and began to send him a healing.  Now, I was in my office in Naperville, Illinois and he was only twenty minutes away, but it is still a distance healing since he was not physically there with me.  I sent him craniosacral healing from my office.  I spent about thirty minutes working on him.  After I was done, I gave him a call to tell him I had worked on him.  I did not give him prior notice that I was going to work on him.  He had been napping and woke up thinking he’d had a craniosacral treatment.  I was happy to hear that he received the healing I sent to him.  He was happy to have received it too, as he felt much better.

Whether you can make it in to have an Energy Healing session in person, or not doesn’t matter.  You can receive the benefits even from your home.  I just think that is both wonderful and amazing.  What a great gift from the Great Creator. Remote Healing.  It is my joy and passion to be a conduit for these beautiful energies.  I truly love what I do.

Blessing from Isis and Bast

 

Good Day to you all!  We come to you together, Isis and Bast.  We come today to give you some release & blessings.  It has been a busy time, energetically.  You just celebrated your Summer Equinox, Independence Day (in USA), a Full moon, and most of you have been enduring sweltering heat. We wish to assist you in raising your vibration.

Take a few moments to center yourself.  Take some deep breaths, feel your feet, feel your heartbeat, now feel your crown chakra pulsing.  Take a few more deep centering, cleansing breaths.

Allow us to come into your energy field for a moment.  We are going to align your chakras, and clear your energetic field/aura.  Continue breathing until you feel us step out of your energetic field.  This should take anywhere from 3-10 minutes.  Very good.

Now we ask you to sit with the palms of your hands facing up.  We are going to fill your hands with the Heart Attunement Blessing and the Universe Blessing.  When you notice that your hands are full, place your left hand on your crown chakra & your right hand over your heart chakra.  Take many deep breaths.  Sit like this for 3-5 minutes or more if you like.

The Heart Attunement Blessing attunes your hearts to unconditional love, and assists you in loving yourself unconditionally.  When you love yourself, you attract loving beings into your life.  Loving yourself fills up your energy, it gives you the extra energy needed to help others.  Begin to fill your energy 'tanks' up with this love & when they are full, then help others.  It is most helpful to others when you are whole first.

Now place both feet flat on the ground, or floor wherever you are.  We are going to assist you in releasing some old thoughts and patterns that are no longer serving you.  Please take a deep breath and repeat the following (silent is ok). "I now allow and give permission to myself to release these thoughts and patterns that no longer serve me, take them all, thank you."  You may feel energy moving down your body & out your feet, or you might feel tingly all over, remind yourself that its ok, you are choosing to release this now.  Take a few deep breaths as the energy moves through you.

Every time you allow yourself to clear and real ease, you move forward on your journey.  You release the old so the new can come in, thereby raising your vibration.  Remind yourself daily that you are choosing to raise your vibration, that you choose to release and most importantly that you 'choose to be in this new energy.'

We wish to sprinkle each of you with one last blessing.  It is the energy of Joy & Happiness.  Please take a deep breath, sit comfortably and allow us to bless you again.

Thank you for taking the time to love yourself.  Remember to take care of you, love you, and miracles will happen.

The 'R' Word by Anubis 

Channeled to Donna Damato 4/5/2012

Today we come to speak to you about the 'R' word, and that word is Responsibility.
Responsibility = NO MORE saying "but he/she/they did...."

When saying "but he/she/they did..." you are living in the past, and the past no longer exists in your time frame.  What does exist is now/today, this moment.  Past thinking does not assist you in moving forward as it keeps you in the past.  It is not responsible of you, on your path of this ascension journey to continually keep the past alive.  It is responsible for you to create your reality in the now, and for the future.

Now when future thinking, we must bring to light some of you who practice what we call "la-la land" thinking.  This comes about when you are bringing past situations to the future, and changing a part of that past situation to create a different future.  Thinking, "if only I'd chosen this instead of that, then my life would look like this...."  here is where you spend time in 'la-la land.'  Many of you spend much of your life doing this.  Perhaps you might say you are reliving those times in your life that you now regret the decision(s) you made.   And by changing one little aspect of that moment, you see how your life could have been.  This is not creating your reality, this is not manifesting, nor is it the Law of Attraction.  It is living in the past, spinning it over and over until you create a place you can escape to when you decide you don't want to live your current life.  Now take a moment to really let that sink in.  How often do you do this?  And is it to avoid a current physical life situation?

How do you move into productive future thinking, you may wonder.  Productive future thinking activates the manifesting or law of attraction process in your life.  The first step is for you to recognize when your mind wanders into la-la land, what is happening? Is there something you are avoiding?  What is it that creates your need to escape?  Be honest with yourself, and write it down.  Take notice every time this happens, and write down why you felt the need to escape. 

Once you have a list, even if its only one item, its time to begin to change the thought.  First, look at the other life you've created in your mind.  Is it attainable in this life?  Are there changes you can or need to make in your current life situation to bring about this life you escape to?  Now ask yourself, do I really want my life to be that way? and am I willing to make those changes?   Once you've answered these questions,  you can start to call those things into your life, that you do want.  Now you can begin manifesting/creating your world, your reality.  This is productive forward thinking.

Do not get frustrated if this takes you some time to clear up.  There is no quick fix, or pill you can take for an instant change.  It takes time and practice.  The reason this and many other spiritual endeavors take time and practice, is so you can be well versed in knowing when things go awry in your life & you are knowing how to correct the situation.  Take the time to learn how your mind works, learn what you can do to assist yourself in creating your life, your world, your reality.

You are beholden only unto yourself.  Do for you, and the Universe will follow your lead and bring to you that which is like your energy! 

Remember you are not alone in your journey.  There is plenty of assistance for you, both in the physical world and the Spirit world.  Ask for help, and you will receive it.  Call on your Spirit guides, Angels and Ascended Masters and remember to give them permission to assist you.  We cannot interfere with your free will, but we can offer you other options to consider when making your life decisions.

I AM the Lord of Chaos.  My chaos is that on a grand scale.  I do not (usually) create chaos on an individual basis, but rather that on a worldly scale.  Take for example Vietnam, and the Women's Movement, and the "Hippies."  Now consider the fact that they all occurred at roughly the same time.  This is our Chaos. 

Chaos is a creative force.  It shakes things up so much, that the end result must be something new.  Thus it creates, out of destruction, something new.  Next time you see a Chaotic event, or perhaps you are living through one, consider how it will look after everyone gets through it, what is new.

Anubis

Before Osiris, I was Lord of the Underworld.  This is NOT to be confused with Hell, as the underworld is NOT Hell.  The underworld is where your spirit goes, and decisions are made as to your next life.  When Osiris came to be Lord of the Underworld, I stepped aside and took on another role.  I now oversee the funerary process, embalming and funeral rituals.  I am also the protector of the dead.

In the Egyptian beliefs, it was thought that the body of the deceased needed to be protected so that when the spirit returned, it could go back to its body.  The people believed that they would come back to the Earth plane and be able to have their treasures too.  We all know how that's turned out.  Now we move forward to today, and what my purpose is when I speak to you.

It is our purpose, at this time and through this channel Donna, that we speak to you about changing your thought patterns.  We wish to assist you with this process.  One of the ways we assist you is by reminding you to pay attention to your thoughts, and to challenge those you are ready to get rid of.  When the self-defeating thoughts arises, tell it "NO! I AM DONE WITH THIS, I NO LONGER BELIEVE IT TO BE TRUE!"  We assure you that this is an important first step, and when you begin this process you will see the changes in your daily life.  You will begin to notice that things go smoothly for you, easily and with grace.  It is our desire that you have everything the Universe has to offer, everything!

Why not take the challenge and challenge you thoughts.  Squash those that need to go & serve no purpose except to keep you from moving forward.  Rise up and move forward on this journey you term ascension.  Let us assist you in your ascension & forward moving progress.

A Release Meditation from Bast

Release Meditation from Bast, Channeled to Donna 9/21/11

Hello Everyone, We are Bast.  We come to you today to assist you in releasing
the things that no longer serve you.  These may be emotional, physical, spiritual or mental things that have run their course, and are no longer necessary to carry around.  We would like you to consider your journey, and where you are going vs where you'd like to be.  Are they in alignment with one another?  If not we offer you the opportunity to change your course.  To do some clearing work.  This meditation will assist your awareness of what you need to do next to continue moving forward.

Please get yourself in a comfortable position.  Take a few cleansing breaths.  Remind yourself that you have decided to let go & release whatever comes up that needs to go.  Deep breath....

We are going to take a walk.  On this walk we will be following a yellow brick path, see the path below your feet.  Start to walk forward, and as you move forward you notice the beautiful green grass of the meadow, the beautiful flowers in all colors, even some you never knew existed, as you move forward on the yellow brick path you feel the sunshine warm your body, and it feels wonderful and relaxing, now notice the cool breeze that blows by creating the perfect temperature for you.  You are  moving forward on the yellow brick path, noticing the glory of the nature around you.  As you are moving forward you notice a little bridge, you continue toward the bridge, and as you walk over the bridge you notice the fish in the stream below, they look up and give you a nod as if to say continue on and good job.  As you are moving forward, you notice the meadow is ending, and at the end is a forest.  Continue moving forward on the yellow brick path, and enter the forest.  Notice the coolness of the forest, the smell of pine, as you move forward through the woods you are at ease, you are safe and you are secure.  As you move forward through the forest, all those things that are no longer serving your highest good are removed from you, continue moving forward.  Allow those things to go, allow the forest to take care of you and assist you.  The forest has agreed to take those burdens and anything else you'd like to leave behind, it will be recycled in the ethers, never to return to you.  You are done, and you are moving forward.  Take a deep breath, feel the new energy that surrounds you, breath it in.  As you continue forward you reach the end of the forest, and you take a step out.  You are surrounded by the beautiful meadow, woodland animals greet you with a smile, you continue forward.  Just ahead of you, a few steps away is a door, take a deep breath and go through the door. Open your eyes, you are back in the room and back in your body.

Remember to remind yourself that this is the new energy you've chosen.  You've chosen to release, you've chosen to always move forward.  Please continue on your journey of self-discovery, enlightenment, ascension, and continue it in love.  You are loved and supported by the Angels, your Guides and Ascended Masters, call on them whenever you need a boost, or a hug.  They will come, know this is true. -Bast :)

Hello Dear Ones, it is I, Isis.  I come to you today to speak about relationships.  Not to long ago you had a celebration.  You call it Mother's day, yet many of you are estranged from your Mother, or you "put your game face on" for the day and pretended to celebrate.  I am going to ask you to do some work this week and in the weeks to come.  It is our desire that you are living as your true self, your true nature and that is love.  All things are possible and can change when love is involved.

The time has come to forgive or to ask forgiveness.  Now, you may be saying "I will never forgive", or "not after what she/he did."  I say this to you, to forgive, apologize or ask for forgiveness is Divine.  When a relationship can mend, it truly is for the highest and greatest good.  It is time for you to go forth, make amends with both your Mother's & Father's.  In your world, time passes so quickly and before you know it, the person is gone.  If you have not at least put forth an effort to repair the relationship, how will you feel when that person leaves his/her body?  Will you have regret?  Will you be angry at them or yourself?  and how long will you allow yourself to be in regret/anger? days, weeks, years?  How long do you wish to repeat this cycle?  This is your work, to dig deep and get clear about those relationships that need to mend.  Remember, always come from a place of love.  Call on Isis for a heart attunement, I will come.

Suggestions to begin your healing journey
- remove yourself from the relationship and look at it with the eyes of an outsider; what do they see, hear, feel?
- open your heart chakra, open your higher heart, the attunement & your intention will do this for you
- consider your words & the conversation you will have; what will you say? what will they say?
- meditate and focus on the outcome you desire; create your relationship

On this day we wish to offer you a Universe Blessing & Heart Attunement together.  Please hold your left palm towards the computer screen.  Take several deep breaths.  Tell yourself that you are allowing this new energy into your being & that its ok to release.  Continue to breath, and when you are ready pull your hand away from the screen.  Sit for a few minutes and feel the blessing fill your entire being, feel your connection to Source strengthen, feel your heart/higher heart pop open.  This is love!

 Hello, it is I Isis.  I come today to share with you an opening of your heart.  Not only does it open your heart up, it also pushes it outward.  This causes a ripple in heart energy and it can be felt by those around you.  It is important for you to now be in alignment with your heart, to make your decisions with your heart.  Many of you associate the heart with love and we say yes, this is why you must come from your heart in making your life's decisions.  When you make your decisions from your heart, you are acting from a place of love.  When you come from a place of love, it frees you.  Love can cause changes to occur, and be quite miraculous.  When we come from our heart, from love, those around us feel our sincerity, our love and as we said love can change anything.  The time is now to get in alignment with your heart. To be in alignment with your heart is to also be aligned with your true self, your true being, that is Source Energy.

We are offering you a Heart Attunement today.  Take a deep breath, focus on receiving a heart attunement, take another deep breath.  Now I ask you to hold your left hand up and face it toward the computer screen.  The Attunement is just as powerful over the Internet as it is in person.  Now, again take a deep breath, hold your left hand up and face it to your computer screen.  Continue to breath as you begin to feel the energy in your hand, and feel your heart open up.  Feel the energy of love flowing in to your heart, and flowing out.  Breath some more as I bring you into the safety of my wings, continue to feel the heart opening and expanding.  We are almost done now.  I ask you to take one more breath and on the exhale allow yourself to release what no longer serves you.  Very good. Now feel yourself in this new energy, and allow the energy to fill you.  Of course you can pause at any point during the attunement and allow the energy to fill you, before moving on.

Heart Attunements are always available to you.  All you need to do is hold your left hand, palm side up, and call on Isis "I call on Isis to come and give me a heart attunement."  We will send the energy to you, always.  Now enjoy this new energy.  Be love & loving!

Hello & Good Day, We are Anubis.  It is our desire to share with you today the idea of making changes in your thought patterns.  This is a time when your seasons are changing; it is also a time for your thoughts to change.  The energy that is now available on Earth is aligned to making these thought changes.  We would ask that you take some time to consider your thoughts.  Write them down as they arise.  Now we don’t mean every thought you have, we mean those thoughts you have as you hear someone else’s opinion, those thoughts you have that keep repeating, and those thoughts that elicit an emotional (joy, sorrow, anger, etc) response.  Take a good look at your thoughts.  Do you recognize your life unfolding in alignment with your thought patterns?  Do you recognize that the personality traits, in those around you, are in alignment with your thoughts about those?  As you go about your day, having your thoughts (good/bad, positive/negative), do you recognize your role in the creation process that is your life?  You should, or at least you are now aware of it.  Remember this:

Your thoughts create & solidify you beliefs. 

Now we do not come in judgment of your thoughts, it is not our purpose or role, and in actuality it truly serves no purpose but to keep you stuck.  We come to assist you in the awakening of consciousness.  Moving forward toward ascension.  It is time to allow those thoughts to die.  To tell them you are done thinking this way.  You may even need to say “I am done with you, I no longer believe that, be gone.”  Remind the thought that if it’s not for your highest & greatest good it must leave as it no longer serves a purpose.  Be mindful when the thought tries to creep back in, be awake & present enough to recognize it & shoo it away.  Be firm, be strong and soon you will be free of thoughts that keep you stuck, that keep you repeating, that keep you from being your true self; your true state of being which is:
